These terms govern the subscription agreement that you, the Customer, agree with us, Circular Orchids (hereinafter referred to as 'we' 'us' or 'our').
The Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the lease of orchids from Us and will form the basis of the Contract between Us and You. Before completing Your Order, please ensure that You have read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If You are unsure about any part of these Terms and Conditions, please ask Us for clarification.
Nothing provided by Us including, but not limited to, sales and marketing literature, price lists and other documents constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your Order constitutes a contractual offer that We may, at our discretion, accept.
A legally binding contract between Us and You will be created upon Our acceptance of Your Order, indicated by Our Order Confirmation, and Your payment of the Deposit. Order Confirmations will be provided in writing by email as soon as possible.
Subscription Options
- Mini – No deposit, €3 per month.
- Mini Triple - €4 deposit, €9 per month
- No Pot – No deposit, €5 per month.
- Single - €4 deposit, €5 per month.
- Double - €8 deposit, €10 per month.
- Triple - €12 deposit, €15 per month.
Term of Subscription
Each subscription by the quarter (three months). At the end of the quarter we will pick up the Orchid and we will replace it with a blooming orchid which will continue the 3 month billing process.
This process will be continued until the Customer stops the subscription.
Rental Period
Periods in three month increments can be subscribed to. The subscription will renew quarterly and customers agree that they understand a three month payment is agreed upon the acceptance of these terms, which can be extended by customer ongoing.
Deposit
In the case the subscription is cancelled the deposit will be returned to the customers bank account 14 days after company receives the orchid and pot free of damage.
Data Privacy
We only hold information on you which is required for us to process your order and will not use it for any other reason. If you request that we remove your details from our database we will do so.
Advice
We will supply you with watering and light instructions. You agree to follow our instructions to ensure the health of the orchid. You agree not to overwater or underwater the plant in line with our given advice.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription 14 days before the next renewal period. Customers understand that if a cancellation request is not received within 14 days prior to the renewal of the subscription, the subscription will automatically renew.
Refunds or Replacements
No refunds will be allowed. We will replace any orchid that falls below the standard expectation as determined solely by our experts.
We may, at Our sole discretion, reduce or waive any of the charges detailed above if Your cancellation is due to exceptional circumstances.
Liability
In any event, Our total liability under these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the value of the Contract between Us and You, that is, the total Price payable by You.
Feedback
We always welcome feedback from Our customers and, whilst We always use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that Your experience as a customer of Ours is a positive one, we nevertheless want to hear from You if You have any cause for complaint.
All complaints are handled in accordance with Our complaints handling policy and procedure.

Governing Jurisdiction
This subscription agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
